Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Cistus Layering Die Set & Gradient Cardstock Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

 Hi there!

Welcome to ALTENEW CRAFT-A-FLOWER: CISTUS LAYERING DIE SET & GRADIENT CARDSTOCK RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY.  You are arriving from Laura Jane's blog (aren't her projects amazing!?);  a list of all the participants is available at the bottom of this post for your convenience.

The new CRAFT-A-FLOWER: CISTUS LAYERING DIE SET is the perfect addition to the CAF family.  The design is easy to layer,  very detailed, and just the perfect size for a variety of paper crafting projects.  Let  me show you what I created with it

I chose soft shades of pink and purple cardstock to create the Cistus flowers.  Having a layer of Altenew's Double Adhesive sheets make putting these flowers a breeze!

Once the flowers were ready, setting up the layout took no time.  I used the Delicate Mandala Die to cut the doily-like shape behind the photo.  I arranged the flowers in a small wave at  the bottom of the picture and added a sentiment from Block Sentiments stamp set.

To finish my page, I created a cluster of flowers in the next page ( opposite position to the one in the photo), added my lines of journal, and a title using the Sketch Silhouettes Stamp set.   Love how it turned out!

I think we all have been anxiously waiting for new GRADIENT CARDSTOCK SETS. So, having these new 4 shades is just amazing.  The new Rose Petal, Red Sunset, Coffee Break, and New Purple Gradient Cardstock are unique and just the best complement to all the Altenew dies.

What better way to show the colors of the new cardstock than to use them all in a layout.  This time, I am using Craft-A-Flower: Cosmos Layering set to create all the florals.  I cut a flower from the new ROSE PETAL Gradient Cardstock, NEW PURPLE Gradient Cardstock, RED SUNSET Gradient Cardstock, and the center of the flowers from COFFEE BREAK Gradient Cardstock.

Oh the color! They are vibrant and unique,  just perfect for all types of paper crafting!  A MUST for your next project!

I am sure that you all are ready to start shopping. So, why not take advantage of the subscription program for Craft-A-Flower dies

Of course we are celebrating this release with a GIVEAWAY!

$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 04/13/2021 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 04/15/2021.
