My Gratitude Journal 2018

Hi there!

As the year starts to wind down, we all are starting to -in a way or other- gather memories of what, who, when, where of our lives.  For me that means starting my Gratitude Journal as we celebrated Thanksgivings here in Canada on October 8th.   This means for the next 30 days i will be adding a new entry a day in my TN.  This year I will use a combination of prompts from Feed Your Craft and the ones I had created for my BPC class, and depending on the day, I might just have to create a new prompt.    Here i a quick overview of the first week of my journal:

Cover:

The cover was created using Feed Your Craft's  Giving Thanks  and Autumn Vibes stamp sets, The Minty Octopus's  Norwegian Wood digital collection and distress inks.


Day 1:  Thankful to GOD

Created using Citrus Twist Kits October Grace box and free cut apart sheet, as well as some Vicki Boutin Art Crayons


Day2:  Thankful for ME

This was created using past Citrus Twist Kits (Grace Box and Scrapbook kits) and the Giving Thanks stamps set from Feed Your Craft.


Day 3: Thankful for PARTNER (my husband)

I used pieces from the September Citrus Twist Kits PL kit  and stamps from Feed Your Craft (Ariel Alphabet and Giving Thanks)



Day 4:  Thankful for my FAMILY

I like to keep pieces from past kits or collections in a small container for this project,  SO a lot of the embellishments come from past Citrus Twist Kits collections, and the papers from the October 2018 PL kit.


Day 5:  Thankful for my KIDS

I pulled some digital journal cards for this page, it comes from In A Creative Bubble Autumn 3x8 card pack, and some free digital elements from Citrus Twist kits.  The stamp set is from Citrus Twist Kits -September 2018 TN stamp-


Day 6: Thankful for a SPECIAL PERSON (my mom)

I used some of the October and September Scrapbook kits from Citrus twist Kits to create this page, as well as the free element printable sheet.



Day 7:  Thankful for HOME

This page was created using the September and August Citrus Twist Kits scrapbook and add on kits, and Studio Calico stamps.


Day 8:  Thankful for REAL LIFE

This page was created using the October PL and Scrapbook Kit from Citrus Twist Kits, and a past add on stamp also from CTK.

MY PERSONAL JOURNAL - Week 10

Hello everyone!


Between dealing with teenagers full time at home (we are in March Break here in Toronto!), I totally forgot to load my entries for week 10.... OMG! we are in week 11!  As usual, i have kept my daily journal up to date (thankfully) and here are the entries:

I have used mostly Citrus Twist Kits scrapbook and PL kits as well as their stamps,  but also included some entries using some Studio Calico kits, and the new Documented Main Kit.

Most stamps used in this entries come from Citrus Twist Kits  main, Pl, This is Life series and their TN series.

I hope you are also taking some time daily to capture and document your days.  It is important to record your story on your way, and words.

My Personal Journal - Week 7

Hi there!


We are headed into the 8th week of the year.   February is almost over! 
I am keeping focus on staying on track with my daily documenting in my Traveler's Notebook.   Here are my entries for week 7:

I am still using my Citrus Twist kits and stamps, as well as various Studio Calico kits and stamps.   Slowly, though i am also bringing some papers from my stash just to complement the pictures, and add ons from the kits.

Having the single page entries is also helping me to use lots of the washi tape stash, as it is easier to add small details using it, than backing the entire pages with paper.

That is all for this week!   Now it is time to go back to capturing  and documenting my everyday!

My PERSONAL JOURNAL - Week 6

Happy Valentine's Day !!

As i was doing some cleaning in the house, I was reminded that i had not shared my TN entries for this week.  So here we go:

In between medical appointments and lots of snow,  I have managed to keep up with this week's entries using the beautiful Citrus Twist Kits and stamps as well as some Studio Calico past kits and stamps >

It is time to start a new TN soon, this one is getting chunky and needs some help (bull clip) to stay in a particular page for a photograph.
