Hello there!
Welcome to ALTENEW CRAFT-A-FLOWER: ANTIQUE ROSE LAYERING DIE SET RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY. You are arriving from Terri Koszler's blog. A list of all the participants is available at the bottom of this post for your convenience.
Don't you love the 7th of each month! It is release day, which means Altenew has just revealed their new CRAFT-A- FLOWER: ANTIQUE ROSE LAYERING DIE SET, and it is a beauty! It so detailed that you can use an infinite color combination to create the right feel for your project. Let me show you my project:
Who said that Valentine's Day layouts have to be red! I chose to create my flowers from shades of blue as I am using them to document my hubby in this page.
I chose a soft gray background, so that the flowers will pop from the page. Building the flowers was so easy as I used Altenew's Adhesive sheets, which made it practical to peel the background and stick the pieces together. And the results are just amazing!
Once the flowers were ready, I ran a strip of the new Foiled Marble Washi tape on the page. Then added the pictures to the right of the layout, and used the flowers to embellish them. Then just created a small cluster on the left of the layout ( this is for my Gratitude notebook) and placed my title there.
I love how it turned out! The new CAF:ANTIQUE ROSE is just perfect for all types of paper crafting, a definitely must!!
