The new CRAFT-A-FLOWER: BUTTERFLY BUSH is actually a super easy layerable flower that is perfect for all sorts of projects. I used the die set to create a new entry in my Me journal

I decided to use the flowers two ways in my page. First, I used the new CAF: BUTTERFLY BUSH as part of the title journal card in the pocket page.

I used vellum to cut the butterflies for this spread, I just love the softness and movement that they add to the page.

I created a large pocket to hold the story and once again embellished it with the CAF: BUTTERFLY BUSH, and vellum butterflies,

The design of the new Craft-A-Flower is indeed perfect for all sorts of projects, and those butterflies are to die for!

Altenew Vintage Galore Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in total prizes)

Here is Altenew's first collection of the year, and it is a gorgeous one. I can seriously say that all of these are perfect for all sorts of crafting, Let me show you what I have done with a few of them:

I made cards! I started with the new CUBE BUILDER HOT FOIL PLATE. I actually used this plate twice, and created two panels, one in fuchsia foil, and the other in matte silver foil. I used the silver one to frame the fuchsia one.

I did not want to lose the background; so, I chose a simple focal point: two outline images of the GOLDEN DAYS stamp/die set. I used the sentiment from the HERE FOR YOU stamp set, and added a few gems to complete the card!

The large GOLDEN DAYS HOT FOIL PLATE is amazing!!! I used brass foil to get the image onto white cardstock. What could be better than having an easy way to color the large flower? Well, then you are going to love the coordinating GOLDEN DAYS SIMPLE COLORING STENCIL, all you need is ink and an ink blender to have a complete colored image in minutes,

Once again, I reached for the HERE FOR YOU Stamp set to add a sentiment to the card front, Just love how this turned out!

This card is probably my favorite of the bunch. I used the new WHIMSICAL PEONY HOT FOIL PLATE to create the focal image of the card. The Aura foil is probably a favorite as it catches all the colors of the rainbow! I used the coordinating WHIMSICAL PEONY SIMPLE COLORING STENCIL to add the color to the foiled image.

I used the CUBE BUILDER HOT FOIL PLATE to create the back panel of the card. I used the negative pieces of the foil ( from card 1) to create a combined color background.

I used the DOTTED TEARDROPS stamp set to create the vellum band that holds the sentiment at the front of the card. Once again, love how this turned out!

For my last project, I am using the new FOLK FLOWERS Stencil/Stamp/Die set to create this entry for my journal. This suite is just perfect together!! You can create backgrounds, then cut some of the images to transform them into focal points while adding details and sentiments from the stamp set.

I love the "Charming" die included in the die set! It just creates the perfect title for the page. I also used the DOTTED TEARDROP stamp set to add a small subtitle to the spread!
