Doodle Twine - Cupcake
We are so close to celebrating Easter, so no better time to pull out the beautiful BUNNY HOP collection to document some past Easter memories. If you have grown kids, then you know that Easter chocolate egg hunts are a thing of the past, or in our case a tradition that has evolved to just giving my adult children small boxed of chocolate eggs. So. I pulled one of the photos for this layout.
I selected one of the coordinating Petite Prints for the layout's base, then cut a 7.5" square from the Spot of Spring, and glued it to center of the base, then trimmed a 2.5" strip and glued it at the center of the page to help me ground everything in place.
I used papers from the 6x6 paper pad to back my photo and placed on the top right corner of the diamond. I added a few Bits and Pieces, stickers and Sprinkles to create the cluster behind the top right corner of the photo.
It was all about the title for this layout. So, once I set the Chit Chat in place, I added a few extra eggs and some of those cute little bunnies.
To finish my page, I added a few extra eggs and another cute bunny plus a few Sprinkles to help define the shape in the background,
I hope this inspires you to pull your BUNNY HOP collection and get crafty with it! I cannot wait to see what you will create!

I am loving the new 6x8 Doodlebug albums, I love documenting in a small format! So, I wanted to share with you how I am using my Cupcake 6x8 album to start documenting my December 2023 memories..
I always start my albums with a title page, that way it creates a beginning to the stories it holds. For this album, I wanted something fun and colorful.
I am using a piece of Tinsel Time paper and Berry Merry to create my pocket. A few stickers complement the colors and match the feel in the pocket page. I then added my journaling in one of the large journaling cards from the Christmas Candy paper, and added it to the pocket. I just love how all these page came together. There is so much you can do and store in your 6x8 Albums, be sure to check them out!
