Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Clematis Josephine Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

The new PAF-CLEMATIS JOSEPHINE Outline Stamp set is gorgeous, very detailed and elegant.  Though I love memory keeping, I made a card!

I used Artist markers to color each of the details of the PAF- CLEMATIS JOSEPHINE. I chose to color each flower in the bouquet with a different color.  Then, I fussy cut the image to create my card panel.

I used the Feeling Dotty Stencil to create the background of the card panel.  The sentiment comes from the PAF: CLEMATIS JOSEPHINE, and I added it at the bottom of the card panel.

A bit of foam adhesive was used to attach the bouquet to the card panel.  A few gems complete the card!  Just love the colors and details in the card.

Pinkfresh Studio June Washi, Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release

 Hi there!

Welcome to Pinkfresh Studio June Washi Tape, Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release Blog hop.  Today's new release is one that you are going to love regardless of the type of paper crafting projects you love to work. For my project I am using the new SMALL BUTTERFLIES Stencil/ Stamp/ Die set.

I started with adding the mixed media and stitching to the page.   A little bit of gray ink diluted with some gold ink is all it needed to  create a clean canvas for the photos.

While the background dried, I got to work with the  SMALL BUTTERFLIES STENCIL/STAMP/DIE set to create all the butterflies for my page.

I chose to use Transluscent embossing powder to create the soft delicate outline of the butterflies on vellum, and then layered them on top of the brightly colored butterflies.

You can customize your butterflies to fit your project using the stencils and stamps.   So many options, that it makes the SMALL BUTTERFLIES set a must!

I combined the butterflies with papers and embellishments from the Happy Blooms collection, and Painted Peony Washi tape ( previous release) in  this page.  I just love how it all turned out.

Altenew Summer Adventure Stand-alone Dies Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Welcome to ALTENEW SUMMER ADVENTURE STAND-ALONE DIES COLLECTION RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY.  You are arriving from Colleen Balija's blog.  A complete list of today's participants is available at the bottom of this post for your convenience.

Today's SUMMER ADVENTURE STAND-ALONE DIE release from Altenew is amazing! Of course I had to go ahead and work some of these into my memory keeping journal ( in case you missed it, I made the cards in the Altenew blog, too!)

For this page, I am mixing the new MOROCCAN LATTICE COVER DIE, and ALL ABOUT YOU WORDS DIE SET to create a pocket page for my daily journal.  I cut the cover die twice, one from white cardstock, and a second time from teal grid paper.   My choice was to only used partial cuts to create my backgrounds in both cards and layout.   

Once the backgrounds were in place, I added a few embellishments, then used the ALL ABOUT YOU WORDS die set to help me create the title of the page.   Love the color combo and clean look of the die on the page.

For the next project, I am using the new RIPPLING RINGS BORDER DIE and ALL ABOUT YOU WORDS DIE SET.  Once again, I am using the die to create backgrounds for my main page, and my journal pocket card.   

I used the ALL ABOUT YOU WORDS die set to create the title and sentiment for the journal card.   I love how this turned out.  The soft circles create interest in the background, and the word die is a must !!
