Altenew 8th Anniversary Blog Hop Day 4 + Giveaway (over $2,000 in Total Prizes)

Today, we are celebrating 8 years of all things ALTENEW.   I am so humbled and thankful to be part of the Altenew family for the past 3 years now.   




I was first a fan, then customer, turned to guest designer, to now have my own series in the Altenew YouTube channel. I am definitely one very thankful girl for all the beautiful products Altenew creates each month, and that I get the pleasure of using to document the story of my family's life.   Cheers to you Altenew, and cannot wait to see many more!

Now, let me show you what I have created for today's celebration:





One of most recent favorite products have been the Stamp/Stencil/Embossing Folder/Die set; so, I pulled the MAGNOLIA BALLERINA Full Bundle to create my layout.




I started with  a bit of watercolor on the background ( Jet Black Watercolor Refill and 9x12 Watercolor paper pad).  The dark background makes all  the flower details pop from the page.





I used the MAGNOLIA BALLERINA Bundle to create the flowers for this page. I chose a combination of Gold embossed flowers and also chose to use the embossing folder to create a more dimensional look for my page.





To finish the page, I added a few butterflies (Mix-and-Match Mariposa die set) and a simple title (You Matter Die Set)





I love how this turned out, and how easily I was able to combine Altenew products seamlessly in the page.
