Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Cosmos Layering Die Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

The new CRAFT-A-FLOWER: COSMOS is gorgeous.  Not sure how Altenew does it, but this flower is easy to layer, and the results are amazing!  The movement in the stem of the flowers is just ideal to elongate the design, which helps when using it on memory keeping:




I started by creating all the flowers for this layout.  I picked very summery colors to match the season when the photo was taken.  These took no time to put together.




To bring some dimension to the layout, I added a bit of ink blending to the page.   The soft fading green ink adds depth to the layout, and makes the flowers pop from the page




I added my picture to the left of the layout, and opted to use the height of the page to dictate the position of the flowers on the right of the page.   Just love how the flowers set nicely in place.   I added a simple title using the  Tall Lower Case Stamp set, then added a few drops of gold ink to the page.




I love how this turned out!  It is probably one of the easiest and fastest layouts I have put together in a while.   Remember you can always receive the die set every month at your doorstep by registering to Altenew's Subscription Program HERE:
