Altenew June 2022 Fine & Dandy Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in total prizes)

Hi there!

Welcome to ALTENEW JUNE 2022 FINE & DANDY COLLECTION RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY.   You are arriving from Cheryl Espie's blog.  A list of all the participants is available at the bottom of this post for your convenience.

There is so much to love in today's release as it contains hot foil plates, stencils, dies, and the new and super gorgeous metallic papers. Let me show you what I have created with some of these products

The new ORIENTAL POPPY Bundle is amazing!!!  It is super versatile, and perfect for memory keeping.   I love the large blooms and how easily you can create them with the stamp and coloring stencil.

The ORIENTAL POPPY bundle is just the perfect size for my Personal 6x8 journal.   The large poppies filled my title page which made journaling a breeze.

The  new and versatile FINE RINGS: CIRCLE HOT FOIL PLATE was the perfect complement to  all the dishes in my photo.   The delicate design of the plate allowed me to repeatedly create a series of overlapping foiled circles on my page.

To complement the page, I created my title and subtitle using Altenew dies and the new BRUSHED GOLD METALLIC CARDSTOCK.   I hid my journaling so that the page would not be overwhelmed with too many details

The new set of SCALLOPED CIRCLES HOT FOIL PLATE & STITCHED SCALLOPED DIE SET BUNDLE are glorious, and can be easily worked together or separately in your projects.

I simply combined the hot foil and die set to create the embellishments for this page!  In addition, I used my solid plate to create the inverse foil look of the plate, and used those cut out stitched scalloped circles as part of my embellishments, too!

One of my favorite pieces from this release is the new EXQUISITE MARBLE HOT FOIL PLATE. The possibilities of this  plate are endless, from backgrounds to titles!

I used my solid plate to use the negative part of the foil and create a reverse foil look.  I used the Bold Alpha Die set to cut the title of my project.  I was able to sneak a piece of the Stitched Scalloped Circles die cuts in the embellishment cluster of the page.

The new FREESIA HOT FOIL PLATE, DIE, AND STENCIL BUNDLE is a must.  The delicate design of the Freesia, is easily colored with the coordinating stencil. It all comes together in a  short amount of time.  I  created two of the floral images, and used them as the main embellishment for my spread!

To keep the look of the page simple, and to avoid breaking the look of the photo, I opted to use the new BRUSHED SILVER METALLIC CARDSTOCK to cut the title word for my spread.

For my last project, I am using the new  DELIGHTFUL FLOWERS HOT FOIL PLATE.  This is probably my favorite plate from the release.   I chose to use the plate on Altenew Watercolor paper.  Once the image was set on the paper, I used Altenew Artist Watercolor Pan set to detail my flowers.

I LOVE how this turned out.   The delicate foiled shine surrounded by all the watercolor goodness!

You are going to love all versatility of this amazing release!   Cannot wait to see what you will create!

Of course Altenew is celebrating the release with a generous GIVEAWAY

$300 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $25 gift certificate to 8 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 06/27/2022 for a chance to win.
